Shadow Fight 2 came out in 2014, but in my opinion it is one of the most beautiful fighting games currently available on the store, thanks to the accuracy of the animations that do not do much to play, fun but with a good amount of technique to master it. It has versions for almost any mobile platform (including Windows Phone and Windows 8/10), millions of downloads, and a moderately high ratings store. The game has been supported to date and, over time, new levels and game modes have been added.
A game of this success deserves a sequel, which has long been confirmed by developer Nekki. So we are all ready to taste Shadow Fight 3 but … what did he do? The dedicated website is online for a while and welcomes us with a nice trailer and an enigmatic “coming soon”. Video trailer released in April 2016 also on Nekki’s youtube channel and closes with a worrying “Fall 2016”. Needless to point out that the date was not respected.
